Oily skin is a result of excessive sebum. Sebum is the waxy and oily substance produced by sebaceous gland that protects and hydrates the skin. So if your foundation melts away within a couple hours of applying it and you use more tissues than average, you are a victim of oily-skin. Using ayurvedic productsfor skin can be the best way to protect it. Oatmeal is a moisturizing, cleansing, and anti-inflammatory substance which helps to protect your skin from the sun. Oatmeal helps in controlling your skin from excess secretion of sebum, thus preventing acne. 

 ½ tablespoon of ground oatmeal 
 Water (as required)

How To Prepare 
1. Mix half a tablespoon of ground oatmeal with a little water to form a thick paste. 
2. Apply the paste all over your face. 
3. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes before rinsing it off with plain water.

Aloe Vera: 
Aloe Vera exhibits various moisturizing properties that  tone up the skin by reducing  pores size. which helps to control the oil secreted from your skin.
 Aloe Vera gel

How To Prepare 
1. Apply Aloe Vera gel all over your face. 
2. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes. 
3. Rinse it off.
Jojoba Oil: 
Jojoba oil is similar to sebum. It is used as a carrier oil and base oil enriched with antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties. This essential oil  does not clog pores and slows down skin ageing. Jojoba is hypoallergenic, injects the moisture and improves the texture. It changes your skin properties to produce lesser oil and prevents acne breakouts. These remedies work their magic and improve skin tone.
 1-2 teaspoons of jojoba oil

How To Prepare 
1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 
2. Using your fingertips, apply some jojoba oil to your face. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes. 
3. Rinse your face with water.
