Nimbu-soda available almost on every street. Umbrellas become your best friend. Sunglasses give a glamorous touch to your style. You like to prefer cotton fabric clothes rather than synthetic. Sunscreen becomes part of your daily life. At the same time, you tend to face oilier skin, rashes, and pimples. Tan skin makes you dull. In this type of weather, it is more important to take extra care of your skin. Therefore, to avoid the hassle try these tips and get glowing skin in this hot summer.

Cleanliness- Make sure to keep your face clean with good herbal cleanser every time you step out or comes back home. Do not miss a chance to clean your face to remove dust and sweat from your face. Wash your face with fresh water whenever you get time.

Sunscreen- It is must to have in your kit. Apply sunscreen with UVA and UVB products and also SPF 30 and 70. Try to reapply at least in 4-5 hours.

Drink water- Try to drink 8-10 glasses of water in a day. Water keeps your body hydrated and also help to wash out toxins from your body.

Makeup- Go for minimal makeup in the summer. Use creams with SPF. Do not wear eye makeup. Protect your lips with SPF content balm. In this intolerant heat natural looks are best. If required use ayurvedic beauty products.

Cotton is best- Wear clothes which are breathable and made up of cotton fabric. Tight and synthetic clothes can cause a problem to the skin. Also, try to choose light colour clothes because light colour reflects back excess heat and dark colour absorb heat.

Moisturize- If you use creams then go for water-based creams which are best for normal skin. Gel-based moisturizers are best for oily skin.

Sun glasses- Protect your eyes from heat by wearing nice sunglasses which block UV rays.

Feet- Taking care of feet is equally important. Expose your beautiful feet in cute sandals this is only possible when you scrub your feet 3-4 times a week. You can also go to parlour for having a pedicure done.

Exfoliate- Exfoliate your skin 3-4 times a week. Use body scrubs to get rid of dirt and dead skin cells to get glowing skin.

Eat right- Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables. Always eat fresh, do not store food for a long time. Drink fresh juice and lots of water.

Friend’s don’t be afraid of the sun. it is your best friend as it produces the mood-boosting hormone. Sunlight is the natural mood enhancer and gives Vitamin D.
